Ingredients
- 6 oz tomatillos
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers
- 1/3 white onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- dehusk the tomatillos, destem the jalapenos, cut onions, peel garlic
- add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
- taste and season with additional salt, pepper, and cumin as needed
