Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
 - 1 jalapeno pepper
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
 
Directions
- Slice tomatoes into wedges and remove pulp.
 - Slice jalapeno lengthwise and remove pith and seeds to desired heat level.
 - Peel and chop garlic.
 - Add everything except onions to food processor and blend to desired consistency.
 - Stir in fresh chopped green onion.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
