Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees
- whisk ingredients together
- dip bread 30 seconds each side, move to a cooling rack to sit for 1-2 minutes
- cook on griddle over medium-low heat, 2-3 minutes each side
- move to oven for storage
