Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (omit if butter is salted)
  • 1/3 cup butter, diced into small cubes and softened

Notes

  • Pillsbury gluten-free flour works great

Directions

  1. blend all ingredients with a pastry-blender
  2. spread on a fruit crisp base and bake
