Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (omit if butter is salted)
- 1/3 cup butter, diced into small cubes and softened
Notes
- Pillsbury gluten-free flour works great
Directions
- blend all ingredients with a pastry-blender
- spread on a fruit crisp base and bake
