Carne Asada Tacos

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoons canola oil
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

• 12 mini flour tortillas
• 3/4 cup diced red onion

Directions

1. Mix marinade ingredients
2. Marinade steak for 1-4 hours
3. Cook everything in a skillet over medium heat
4. Serve on tortillas and top with onion
